Who we are
TimesheetsCalculator.com ("we," "us" or "our") is operated by Cedrick Reese and runs at timesheetscalculator.com. For privacy questions or requests, write to admin@readyutilities.com or use the contact page.
Information we collect
- Calculator inputs. The times, rates, hours and names you type into a calculator are processed in your browser only. They are not stored and not sent to us. If you print a time card, the name on it comes from your own entry on that page.
- Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the subject you pick and your message. The form sends them to a mail handler on readyutilities.com, a site run by the same owner, and we use them only to reply and to follow up on what you wrote. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information.
- Server logs. Our web hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We do not use these logs to identify you.
- Cookies and storage. The site does not set cookies of its own and does not use session storage. It uses one small item of local storage, and only after you press the dark mode button: it remembers whether you picked light or dark. See the Cookie Policy.
How we use information, and why
We use contact messages to answer them, which is a legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure. We do not use your information for profiling, automated decisions or marketing, and we do not sell it.
Who else sees it
- Our web host stores the site files and server logs.
- Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google, so your browser sends Google your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
- Mail handling. Contact messages pass through readyutilities.com and our email provider on their way to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Advertising, analytics and affiliate links
None of these are running on the site today. The site may carry display advertising, analytics or affiliate links in the future. Before that happens, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy to name each service, explain the cookies it uses and link to its opt-out tools, and we will add a consent banner. Ads and affiliate links will be labeled where they appear.
Your rights if you live in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents rights over their personal information, and some of those rights apply only to businesses above certain size or data thresholds. Whatever the thresholds, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and why;
- delete the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong; and
- not treat you differently for making a request.
We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. To make a request, email admin@readyutilities.com from the address you used to contact us. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission.
Your rights if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you can ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy you can move. Our lawful basis for handling contact messages is our legitimate interest in answering them, and for server logs our legitimate interest in running a secure site. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your local data protection authority. Our web host and Google are based in or process data in the United States, so information from your visit may be transferred there.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to answer you and handle any follow-up, and we will delete yours when you ask. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own schedule.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the site and the messages you send. No website or email system is completely secure, so please keep the message form to what you are comfortable sending.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The site does not track visitors across other websites, so there is no tracking for these signals to switch off.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision.
